Refund policy
All our bags are custom and made to order therefore we cannot accept returns on bags unless the product is faulty.
If you would like to return any other products purchased from TANO WRKS, please email us and we will provide you with our returns info. You'll need to return them to us within 14 days of receiving the goods with the original packaging and receipts.
We do not not accept any returns of products that are showing signs of wear or use.
Postage costs will only be refunded if the product/s is damaged or faulty. Any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
We highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of goods in transit.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. All refunds are processed against the original payment method.
